Agreement and scope

These terms govern use of this website and consulting services supplied by Broker Flow Grid. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms; if they conflict, the signed document controls for that engagement.

Services and client responsibilities

We provide analytics audits, measurement design, analysis, workshops, and related advisory work. You agree to provide timely access, accurate context, authorised data, and a contact able to make decisions. Timelines may shift when dependencies or feedback are delayed.

Fees and intellectual property

Fees, deposits, milestones, and taxes are set out in the proposal. After full payment, you may use final project deliverables for your internal business purposes. We retain our pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general skills. You retain ownership of data and materials you provide.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will protect non-public information and use it only for the engagement. We will not request production personal data where aggregated or test data is sufficient. Any additional data-processing terms must be agreed in writing.

Warranties and liability

We perform services with reasonable professional care. Analytics involves assumptions and does not guarantee commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement as stated in its proposal, or for a material breach not corrected within a reasonable written notice period. Fees for completed work and committed costs remain due. Thai law governs these terms, subject to any written project agreement.
