Refund policy
Before work begins
You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. Unless a proposal states otherwise, a full refund is available when cancellation reaches us at least seven calendar days before that date, less non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed to you.
Deposits and work already started
Deposits reserve consulting capacity. If you cancel fewer than seven days before the start, the deposit is non-refundable to the extent it covers reserved time and preparation. Once work begins, completed analysis, workshops, purchased materials, and committed specialist costs are non-refundable. Any unused prepaid balance will be returned.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a workshop or meeting once without charge with at least two business days’ notice, subject to availability. Later changes may be charged for reserved time. A no-show or cancellation after a session begins is treated as delivered, except in a documented emergency at our discretion.
When a partial or full refund applies
If we cannot deliver a paid service and no suitable reschedule is agreed, we refund the undelivered portion. If delivered work materially differs from the signed scope, notify us within ten business days. We will first attempt a reasonable correction; if that is not possible, an appropriate partial or full refund may be offered.
How to request a refund
Email hello@brokerflowgrid.digital with the proposal number, payment date, reason, and account contact. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days, though financial institutions may take longer. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
